Partnering with leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, you will help translate evolving standards and best practices into education that makes a difference. Qualifications Education • Master's Degree Nursing or related field. - minimum Experience • 5 years Experience teaching while communicating effectively in English (written and verbal communication) with persons of various cultural and educational backgrounds. Experienced in data management. Excellent organizational skills; effectively coordinate all aspects of education course design and implementation. - minimum • Proven track history of solid Case Management experience • Strong presentation, written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience developing educational programs, assessing learning needs, and evaluating learning effectiveness. • Ability to interpret complex clinical, regulatory, and operational requirements and translate them into practical learning strategies. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare technology. • At least five years of experience in teaching, education, or related work, including effective communication with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
