Responsibilities The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment. Qualifications Job Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience posting payments and charge entry. • Patient record documentation skills. Preferred Job Requirements: • 2 years’ recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
