The Manager, Network Engineering manages a team that performs installation, configuration, design, architecture, maintenance, and support of standard hardware/software networking technologies. Includes managing all aspects of design, configuration, implementation and support of local and wide-area networks, internet, broadband, wireless, and other telecommunications media to ensure the safe, secure, reliable, and efficient transmission of corporate data compatible with system capabilities and existing technologies and services. This position is hybrid. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT or other related IT/health field. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical multi-discipline management. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership, preferably within healthcare. • Ability to foster teamwork while leading and directing the work of others. • Demonstrated knowledge of IT service management. • Requires leadership skills, judgment, creativity, and comprehensive knowledge of the field. • Ability to manage problems and build collaborative relationships. • Ability to drive strategic direction. • Proven maturity and strength in team leadership, team building, communication, coaching, and providing timely essential feedback to others. • Demonstrated ability to proactively address problems and situations. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: • Master's degree in Business Management, IT or other related IT/health field. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: • ITIL V3.
