The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist oversees drug usage and ensures drug therapy optimization. Educates healthcare professionals and patients with regard to medication use. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: • PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. • PGY2 Pharmacy Residency. • Prior Clinical Specialist experience. • Board certification.
