Delivering advanced professional services such as training, expansions, configurations and optimizations. Training our customers and stakeholders on our products to ensure they gain maximum value from our solutions. Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and drive customer post-sales satisfaction.
