Position Details: Occupational Therapist - Home Health Full - Time Mercy - Fort Smith Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Licensure: Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state. Certifications: Current BLS. Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
