What We Offer Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Observation Unit Location: Forsyth Medical Center | Winston-Salem, NC Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Department: Emergency Department – 18-Bed Observation Unit About the Unit Join our 18-bed Emergency Observation Unit located within the Emergency Department , caring for patients who require continued monitoring, evaluation, and treatment before discharge or admission. Work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment focused on patient safety and quality outcomes. What You'll Do • Provide comprehensive nursing care to ED holding patients • Monitor patient progress and respond to changing clinical needs • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care • Educate patients and families on condition management and treatment plans What We're Looking For • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. • One-year relevant experience, preferred.
