Senior Director Business Program Management Leader

Role overview We are seeking a Senior Director of Business Program Management to serve as the Business Chief of Staff for the Compute and AI Infrastructure organization. This is a critical leadership role that partners closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP), Senior Vice President (SVP), and Vice Presidents (VPs) to shape organizational priorities, run the business operating cadence, and drive execution across business, revenue, and internal operations. As a trusted partner to the EVP, this leader will play a central role in extending the EVP’s effectiveness, ensuring that executive attention, organizational resources, and leadership decisions align with the organization’s most important priorities. The role requires close involvement in the EVP’s critical meetings and engagements, maintaining continuity across discussions, anticipating preparation needs, and translating decisions into coordinated action.
