The Home Shopper Dept Manager is responsible for successfully managing the rollout and overall day-to-day operations of our stores eCommerce department to achieve desired sales objectives, goals and budgets. He/She is responsible for staffing the department and developing Team Members to achieve desired results. He/she must be a role model and demonstrate the company’s core values.
