This is an experienced level practice management position with a high level of complexity. Practice scope is complex for number of providers, staff and revenue with a larger geographical area and possible practices in 2 or more locations. What We're Looking For • Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required. • Required: Orthopedic experience. Candidates must have previous experience working in an orthopedic practice or managing orthopedic operations. • 3–5 years of experience in a physician practice setting, with experience supporting a practice of at least 20 providers. • At least five years of leadership experience and two or more years of practice management experience, consistent with the position's qualifications. • Demonstrated experience supervising and developing team members, with at least five direct reports. • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, staffing, patient experience, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Multi-location practice management experience is preferred.
