Partner Acceleration Manager

The Partner Acceleration Manager (PAM) will be assigned to 3-4 Global Systems Integrators (GSI) and be responsible for creating pipeline across Oracle SaaS and Cloud evangelizing Oracle’s offerings, leading to partner commitment to enablement and go to market actions leading to pipeline and revenue. The PAM will work in a highly collaborative model with NA A&C resources and Global Alliance Managers to develop industry focused business plans with specific go to market initiatives leading to pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of how to motivate GSI cloud and client teams, strong business acumen, extensive complex deal experience and the ability to align partner capabilities with Oracle’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and results driven professional with a passion for fostering long term alliances and driving business outcomes.
