Join our Therapy Services Supplemental Pool and help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist, you will: • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional outcomes. • Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs. • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and the use of assistive devices. • Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with patients requiring wound care management is highly preferred. • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.
