Carpenter

• Must be able/willing to transfer into Local union. • Must be willing to work overtime on weekends, holidays, and after hours (after 3:30 PM CST) when on call. • Uses various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. • Fits and installs doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using necessary power tools and materials. • Responsible for constructing varies tasks from scratch such as lock up boxes. • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as: ordering material and writing purchase orders, expense receipts, and data entry for work reports via iPhone app. • Maintains a neat, clean and safe work area and drop location (Material ordering). • Responsible to make daily checks on all materials that were on order. • Manage communications for completed service calls in a timely manner as required. • Performs all duties in a timely, efficient, & professional manner.
