Get to Know Your Team: • UT Health Carthage boasts 23 private patient rooms featuring a 24-hour emergency department, designated as a Level IV trauma center with advanced diagnostic technology, a cardiac rehabilitation program, a GI lab, outpatient clinics and a sleep lab. Responsibilities • Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification. • Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting. • Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Job Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Job Requirements • Two (2) years of recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting • Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification. • Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting. • Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital. • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent Preferred Job Requirements • Two (2) years of recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
