Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment efforts to build and sustain a high‑performing clinical team • Drive program development and service line growth • Ensure alignment with best practices across critical care medicine • Champion site‑specific innovation Provide leadership oversight of pulmonary and critical care faculty, including: • Performance evaluations • Quality assessments and input for OPPE This position reports to the Chair of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine.
