Projects include: Commercial Construction Industrial Facilities Service & Maintenance Work Renovations & Remodels New Construction Electrical Troubleshooting & Repairs What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and electrical equipment Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes Maintain OSHA safety standards Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and customers Complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally Required Qualifications ✅ Nebraska Journeyman Electrician License OR reciprocal state Journeyman Electrician License eligible for Nebraska transfer ✅ 1+ years of Journeyman Electrician experience ✅ Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) ✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints ✅ Experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction ✅ Valid Driver's License ✅ Ability to pass pre-employment screening ✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability ✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Commercial electrical construction experience ⭐ Industrial electrical experience ⭐ Foreman experience ⭐ Crew leadership experience ⭐ Experience running projects ⭐ Apprentice training and mentoring experience ⭐ Customer-facing service experience ⭐ Large-scale commercial project experience Compensation & Benefits Pay $35.00 - $43.00 per hour Performance Incentive Program Additional earning potential for Foremen and Project Leads Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Life Insurance Disability Insurance AD&D Coverage Company Vehicle Gas Card Tool Allowance Career Advancement Opportunities Additional Hastings Opportunity 💰Hiring Bonus based on experience. #HireFinder #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Onsite
