As a Transplant Outreach Coordinator, you will be the clinical expert who serves as the liaison between the Liver transplant programs, the patients and the referring physicians; the outreach coordinator supports the vision of the medical and surgical program directors in planning continuing medical and nursing education opportunities in the greater Los Angeles area. Qualifications Experience • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience as Transplant Coordinator required • Liver Transplant experience preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of case management required • Experience in Data Management required • Experience in coordinating large-scale community-based projects preferred Education • BSN required • MSN preferred License/Certification/Registration • Current, unrestricted California RN License required • Specialty or Transplant Certification required or obtain within one year from start date • BLS from the American Heart Association required Experience • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience as Transplant Coordinator required • Liver Transplant experience preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of case management required • Experience in Data Management required • Experience in coordinating large-scale community-based projects preferred Education • BSN required • MSN preferred License/Certification/Registration • Current, unrestricted California RN License required • Specialty or Transplant Certification required or obtain within one year from start date • BLS from the American Heart Association required
