About the Role

• Procedures: Optional – central line and airway skills encouraged but not required; vascular access team handles most lines; RT, ICU, and Anesthesia available for airway support
• EMR: Epic Our Hospitalist program provides a balanced workload which allows time for thoughtful chart review, communication with families, and patient-centered decision-making. Physicians here feel supported, not rushed—and that makes a measurable difference in care quality.
Our program is known for its organization and efficiency—from well-defined coverage roles to NP-assistance with direct patient care, phone triage and seamless patient distribution. It’s a system designed to let physicians focus on medicine, not logistics.
