If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration by the end of the sixth month of their hire and sign an education agreement, required. • Experience: Previous work in a medical office, preferred. • Licensure/Certification: Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required. Current State Drivers License (Palliative Care Only), required. • Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
