Community Health Worker - Kingfisher

This trusting relationship enables the worker to serve as a liaison/link between health/social services and the community to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. Position Details: Minimum Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Licensure: None Experience: 1-3 years CHW experience or equivalent Certification/Registration: Mercy provided Community Health Worker training certificate within 6-12 months Basic Life Support Other Skills and Knowledge: Strong relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently. Compassion for poor and underserved members of the community. Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications and be able to document in an EMR. Must have access to reliable transportation.
