Medicare Call Center Sales Representative Licensed, Geisinger Health Plan

Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm • Increases membership through effective sales. • Answers incoming calls. • Provides specific plan information, answers questions and provides direction to prospects and clients. • Schedules home and group visits. • Orders literature as required. • Ensures departmental and CMS compliance by following policies and procedures. • Utilizes scripts as required to ensure consistent call handling. • Participates in outbound initiatives when required. • Participates in retention campaigns when required. • Handles walk in prospects. • Meets or exceed predetermined membership and enrollment goals and appointment setting goals.
